When enrolling in a class, you choose your preferred slots (days and times). You can also update these in your dashboard under « Availability ».
I am a teacher: how do I join the platform?
Go to Become a teacher, fill in the application form (qualifications, subjects, availability). After review, you will be contacted to complete your registration and access your teacher dashboard.
Why did my card payment fail?
In Morocco, a payment error can be due to your card's authorization or limits (dotation). Make sure e-commerce is enabled from your bank's app, and that internet payments are enabled on your card. If not, contact your bank to enable these options.
